Cost Management
Every business requires you to keep track of its cost usage and minimise the cost invested and maximise the output cost. This is exactly what our Cost Management feature enables you to achieve.
Upon enetring the Cost Management Dashboard, you will be greeted with the following screen shown below

Cost Analysis
In order to get the most out of your investment, you must first know the cost spent in a specified time frame. Our Cost Management service allows you to anlayse your cost spent on each Cloud Service Provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP, the choices in our multi-cloud management tool, CloudUnity is endless.
For each business requirement, the required time frame for cost analysis may vary. We take this into consideration and by providing our clients with the option to decide the most suitable timeframe for them using the below five options:
-
Last month
-
Last 3 months
-
Last 6 months
-
Last year
-
Custom Range
The above options can be selected using the dropdown menu shown in the picture below.

Along with the breakdown of the physical cost incurred by using each Cloud Service Provider, we provide you a pie chart to represent in a graphical manner that better allows you to understand the contribution of each Cloud Service Provider to the total cost. This helps you understand the relative cost of each Cloud Service Provider when, comparing to the rest. As you can notice in the image below.

Actual Cost vs Predicted Cost
Not only do we enlighten you with your expenditure with all your Cloud Service Providers but, we also leverage AI models to predict your cost to be inccured in the furture. This can help you understand if your expenditures will be feasible in the futrue if not, it's time to change your solution strategies to minimise incurred costs. A depiciton of the Actual Cost vs Predicted Cost graph is shown below.

Cost Optimization Recommendations
Here at CloudUnity, not only do we help you analyse your cloud architecture but we also help you optimise them. The above Actual Cost vs Predicted Cost may have established that your current practices may not be feasible in long term due to its high predicted costs. The Cost Optimization Recommendations tool pairs perfectly with Actual Cost vs Perdicted Cost tool by providing contextual recommendaitons powered by AI based on accepted best practices and solutions.
For example, let's say your company requires EC2 instances only 9am - 5pm everyday but the EC2 insatnces run 24/7. Since, you pay for the run time of the resources in AWS this will add on to unecessary incurred cost. In such a case our AI based Cost Optimization Recommendations tool will suggest you to use AWS Instance Scheduler to automatically stop and start instances based on a predefined schedule.
The image below depicts the type of recommendations you may expect.
